Payment and delivery

Thank you for choosing the First Floral! The following is detailed information on order delivery and payment methods.


We deliver products purchased in the First Floral online store throughout the city of Kiev and the suburbs. We do delivery on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. When placing your order, you can specify any time of your preference within this range. Alternatively, we might be able to deliver your order at any other time you specify, for an additional fee.

We also ship to other cities throughout Ukraine either with our courier or via Novaya Pochta. The price of delivery is determined by the quantity and dimensions of the merchandise as well as the time and place of delivery. 

When placing your order, please make sure to check the product's availability and supply dates. This information is displayed on the product card at dé and If at the moment we have less than the desired quantity of the product on the shelf, our manager will contact you to discuss possible options.

Please note:  We do not deliver home and office plants via Novaya Pochta. These products are only delivered by our courier throughout Kiev. Optionally, you can pick up your purchase at our office located  at Zoologicheskaya St., 8 .

If you require any extra paperwork in addition to the regular sales receipt, please notify our manager in advance or indicate this by filling in the Special instructions field while placing the order. As soon as your purchase is ready to be shipped out, our couriers will do all in their power to deliver it as quickly as possible or on the day and time you specified.


Paying cash to our courier (products only)

This option is available as follows:

  • If your purchase is to be delivered to you, you can pay directly to the courier upon delivery.
  • If your purchase is intended as a gift and must be delivered to someone else, our courier can meet you in person to receive the payment before making the delivery.

Paying cash at our office (Kiev)

You can visit our office and make the payment there. This is convenient if you have not ordered a delivery and prefer to pick up your purchase instead. Before visiting, please notify our manager and make sure you know how to get to our location. 

Electronic payment

If you choose electronic payment with or without VAT while placing your order, we will issue an invoice for you.  All information for making the payment will be included in the order confirmation message we will send to your email address.

If you choose the electronic payment option with VAT and delivery, you will be provided with the original invoice and the issue slip. Please note that if you choose the electronic payment option, the delivery will be made after you pay the total amount of the order in full.

The electronic payment option is available for:

  • VAT payers (OOO entities, standard VAT and income tax payers)
  • VAT non-payers (sole proprietors) or individuals
  • VAT non-payers can forward the payment for their order to our company's CA or PrivatBank card balance.

Please note:  If you are placing a high-volume order and wish to sign a contract with our company, please contact our managers in advance and make sure to discuss with them your requirements and needs.


If you placed an order and are located in another city (not Kiev), you will be able to pick up and pay for your purchase at Novaya Pochta. When receiving or picking up your purchase after selecting COD as your payment method, you will also have to pay for the money transfer based on the rates of the transportation company.

Please note:  When placing an order, you will be required to pay no less than 70% of the total amount of the order in advance,  except when ordering an item available in the company's showroom.

If you are ordering a service, our managers will confirm the involved costs and the total amount with you and offer you all available payment options.
